Parent Pay
Cleveland Road Primary School is a cashless school which uses ParentPay. The school is a cash-free environment and we no longer accept cash and cheque payments. Parents should use ParentPay to make all payments to school. If you need to continue making payments by cash, you may do so using the PayPoint network at local convenience stores.
Making secure payments online using your credit or debit card
ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.
When you sign up on the website, you will be given a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password. You will then be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school, or children at other ParentPay schools, you can create a single account login for all your children.
Making a payment is easy and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to check at any time. Once you’ve activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
Using PayPoint
PayPoint payments are recorded by ParentPay and can be seen by logging into your ParentPay account and viewing your payment history online. The nearest PayPoint stores to school are:

- Angel Supermarket at 273-275 Ilford Lane
- C & MA News Spot at 170 Richmond Road
- Fairways Newsagents at 13 Chapel Road
You can also visit https://paypoint.com for additional locations. Simply type in the postcode of your current location and it will tell you the nearest venues and how far away they are.
If you need advice or help setting up your account, Ms Nottage is available between 11.30am and 12.00pm, Monday to Friday. To use the PayPoint facility, you will need a unique barcode which is also available from Ms Nottage or any members of the office team who will be happy to help you.
