International Refugee Day

Celebrating International Refugee Week: Community as a Superpower

This year, our school proudly celebrated International Refugee Week with the theme "Community as a Superpower." Our students actively participated in various activities that highlighted the importance of community support for refugees.

Throughout the week, students showcased their creativity by creating numerous posters that were displayed around the school. These posters not only raised awareness but also demonstrated our solidarity with refugees worldwide.

In addition to the artistic expressions, students took part in engaging assemblies where they learned about the challenges faced by refugees and the strength of community support. These assemblies were a platform for students to share their thoughts and ideas on how we can all contribute to making a difference.

One of the most significant aspects of our celebration was the opportunity to exchange information about the issue of refugees with our partner school in Spain. This exchange allowed students to gain a broader perspective and understand the global nature of the refugee crisis. It was a valuable experience that fostered empathy and a sense of global citizenship among our students.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their enthusiasm and commitment to raising awareness about refugee issues. Their efforts have truly embodied the spirit of "Community as Superpower," and we look forward to continuing our support for refugees in the future
